Shipping cost, and what are the typical delivery times?
We offer FREE Shipping on all Standard Delivery orders that are above ﷼ 199. For orders below ﷼ 199, a flat rate of ﷼ 10 applies. Our estimated standard shipping times are 48 hours OR next business day for Buraydah city, and for premium shipping time is 24 hours. Currently we are not offering delivery for other KSA regions. You will receive a tracking number once yourorder is dispatched.
Payment methods does accept, and can I use Cash onDelivery (COD)?
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient local payment option for our customers. We also accept other popular local payment methods and credit/debit card payments. Please note that an additional ﷼ 10 fee applies to all orders paid via Cash on Delivery.
What is your return policy, and how long time for a refund?
You can initiate a return within 15 days from the date you received your item. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with the original receipt. For hygiene reasons, items like intimate goods or opened personal care products are non-returnable. If you paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) and your return is approved, the refund is typically issued as store credit or via bank transfer to your nominated local Saudi bank account.
